Have a weight issue. I am 5'3'' female. I am 104 kgs. I have thyroid issue. Taking Thyronorm 100 mcg for 4 years. I have a 2yrs old baby. Finding difficult to reduce weight. I need diet chart for weight loss.

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Limit dairy n soy products . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious
