Weight is not controlling
Hi, I was 74 kg almost 3 years back. I'm trying to control food and all,but it's not happening. Recently I left smoke and alcohol and non veg for best results. Still I feel heavy and lazy. Unable to control craving also. Sometimes I'm eating too much than my capacity. Pls suggest some tips to loose weight and get my body shapes back. Thanks in advance,

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . You are very young start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.

It is great that you have controlled your alcohol and smoking cravings. You can also have non veg food if your goal is weight loss.
