Hi i want to reduce my weight
Hi I am 24years old My height is 5,11 My weight is 115kgs I tried almost everything to reduce my weight like exercise and diet but unable to reduce my weight So I started taking a pill of gracinia cambogia extract 1500mg 60%hca pills 2time each before lunch and dinner After 3days i started gaining weight now my weight is 117kg I gained 2kg with same diet and life style I am afraid of that result ...instead of reducing my weight it's gaining What to do now shall I continue or stop that dose? Please suggest me

Hello, Stop taking Garcinia Cambojia, it is not good for health. Follow a healthy and balanced diet Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons.
