Weight increasing rapidly
Hi, I'm 5ft 3 inch, and my weight is 73 kilos. I want to loose weight. My weight is increasing rapidly. I took thyroid test and blood sugar test, they are normal. How can I loose weight and fat mainly from my belly. If u can suggest any diet chart. And is it good to have Herbalife milkshakes for weight loss?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Don't use any product for wt loss. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Need more information for prescribing diet plan. Like ur weight, height, diet history, veg or nonveg, family history  etc

Hello - no any supplements for weight loss - I need your proper medical history and working pattern and lifestyle pattern/ - diet recall - Is your menses are regular? - Your food preference like u r vegetarian or nonvegitarian - then only i will able to plan custamised diet plan - do some excercise for 45 minutes daily any time
