Hi
Mango and Jack fruit are high in calories and have natural sugar ,natural sugar is well absorbed by the body and is stored in your body ,which causes weight gain .
If these fruits consumed on daily bases will weight gain.
It may not be so ,just few pieces will not increase ur weight.,but if u consume everyday ,the glucose) fructose collects and may increase ur weight. So apples, jackfruit though increase calories ,they have low glycaemic index ,so help stop blood sugar spike.instantly.,helpful in diabetis type 2 also.
Mango is a proven high calorie fruit though has fibres.,increases the blood sugar level instantly.

YESNO
On the Weight loss journey, fruits should be consumed only 2-3 servings in a day but if you go for more than the quantity that is recommended you might notice an increase in weight due to their glycemic index ( glucose level) & fructose levels.
