I would not suggest you to go for any kind of supplements. Rather, increase your weight naturally (through diet and exercise). Incorporate foods such as banana,egg etc. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water daily.

Greetings for the day!!     Unexplained weight loss can be dangerous. Better get checked with a physician regarding this. I suggest you check your thyroid levels. Weight gain supplements tend to give results only short term. Also they need to be taken continuously, if you stop we may loose the weight u gained. Try to include Non veg foods like egg (everyday) , chicken, mutton Legumes, sprouts atleast 100gm per day Dairy products like milk,paneer(50gm),cheese(20gm) As far as supplements are considered, it is best for healthy people to stick to natural food sources. This way it's safer and results stay longer. Thank you

first find the reasons for lost in weight, if it was healthy amd not causing any problems stay at this weight, otherwise if it was lost due to some disorders, you needa persoan session for sure.
