Unexplained weight loss can be dangerous. Better get checked with a physician regarding this. I suggest you check your thyroid levels. Weight gain supplements tend to give results only short term. Also they need to be taken continuously, if you stop we may loose the weight u gained. Try to include
Non veg foods like egg (everyday) , chicken, mutton
Legumes, sprouts atleast 100gm per day
Dairy products like milk,paneer(50gm),cheese(20gm)
As far as supplements are considered, it is best for healthy people to stick to natural food sources. This way it's safer and results stay longer.
