Hello doctor, In the past 9 months I have lost around 7 kgs. What or how should I eat to gain weight and muscles? I am non diabetic.

Healthy afternoon, First you check why you to lose weight To increase muscle, a clean bulk is better than simply eating high calorie foods . Includes well- balanced, healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein in diet . Add in diet Eggs,Greek yogurt, chicken breast,soya beans, cottage cheese, protein powder, quinoa, peanut, chickpeas, tofu, buckwheat almonds.
