Hi Weight loss unintentionally is not good. It should be thoroughly investigated by taking detailed case history. Reason for weight loss should be found. For time being she should have small frequent meals easy to digest. Eat mindfully with gratitude. Start taking awla in any form daily. Before meals take a piece of ginger with black salt and lemon juice on it. Eat dinner by 7pm and walk for half an hour is suggested. Drink at least 8 glasses of water and cut down on tea and coffee intake.

Congratulations on gradual wt reduction.Want know her present eating pattern & workout routine.If she is restricted diets, not eating a balanced meal then her metabolism adopted to those so need to analyze on all aspects(daily diet+sleep+activity +on any medication +blood reports if any)

Gud evening there is lots of reasons responsible for weight loss and weight gain also requires a proper healthy diet not a crash diet routine n strength or muscle mass gaining exercises too should be done.pls do overall full body chk up at first n then connect to me with reports of her.
