Weight Gain
My age is 24 years. My weight is 86kg and my height is 5'1. I want to lose weight but I am unable to do it. I eat a lot and I don't understand whenever in which ever mood I am I eat. Please help me what should I do. My body weight increased suddenly . I don't know how.

You need to reduce weight otherwise  may face other health issues Take balanced  ,high protein, high fiber, low fat diet Drink plenty of water  at least 10 to12 Adequate sleep Regular exercise You need to take proper guidance from nutritionist
