For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

I would suggest you first try to find out the cause for the same. To increase weight focus more on Calories and Protein. Include milk and milk products, nuts, legumes, pulses, fruits, vegetables, chikkis, ladoos, dates, figs, apricots, banana, chickoo, smoothies, milkshakes, kheer, rasgulla and more. Consume small frequent caloric and nutritious meals. Avoid junk and processed foods. Do strength or weight training. Take proper counselling and consultation.
