Great morning, Kindly take one complete body blood test, vit d, hemoglobin, hba1c, cholesterol otherthan we have lots of reports to see, and we have take a proper physiological wellbeing councelling too, because it may be genetic, it may be because less eat, it may be because of less absorption, Don't get any readymade diet chart for short term results

Greetings!   Improve your food intake. Try to include all variety of foods like dhal, legumes, paneer, non veg foods, nuts regularly. Sattu drink or health mix drink can be taken everyday. Increase milk and milk products intake and stick to homefoods. All this will help to improve your energy levels and also your weight

Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet, add 5gm of ghee and 10ml of lemon juice in 1bowl Dal serving. Gud morning, have u done whole body test if not done pls do thyroid issues test-hyperthyroidism, diabetes test in detail,kidney test,liver test as well.r u following  a healthy dietary pattern, r u sleeping proper in night or facing issue while getting sleep,r u having enough of water,do u have stress of any kind?? Pls share in detail,all these aspects needed to be corrected along with a healthy food  plate containing all essential nutrients  like carbs,proteins, fats,fiber,vitamins  n minerals rich foods.
