Hi
You are doing well. Give one millet in a day that too in small amount as they are rich in dietary fibre.
Give well cooked foods, pureed vegetables. Can start with fresh fruits. Give freshly prepared curd.
Gradually increase the solid foods.
Take care

Hi,
Try the following foods as well apart from the foods that you've listed -
- pureed fruits
- mashed dal
- boiled potato
- mashed kheer
- glucose biscuit mashed in milk etc
Start any food from 1 spoon. Avoid giving multiple foods at same time at this age.
Hi, its is better to give foods in a mashed or porridge form so that it is not a burden on the baby's stomach.
For a detailed meal plan kindly msg me directly.kind regards.
