You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

What's your Height? Any medical history Family history etc. Send me your recent medical reports. For weight loss take high fibre diet plan and do exercises. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods fatty food's processed foods. Drink water 16glasses daily.

Hi! I can't give you any diet for weight loss over here without knowing your diet schedule , your time schedule and you medical history. For that you can contact me directly through practo.           ____________________________ Always remember weight loss is not a magic , It is a science and slow process.If u do a rapid weight loss with very low calorie diet your weight will bounce back and some or other deficiencies will come in your body. Always lose weight in a healthy manner as it is not a weight loss journey its all about life style change which u can adapt for a life long. ____________________________ Few tips that may help you to some extent are as follow :           1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat.
