Weakness in whole body
I have been having a lot of weakness in my body for over a month now. I got a blood test done about 20 days back and my vitamin b12 was 70 pg/ml and my vitamin d level was 18.98 ng/ml. I have been taking vitamin supplements for tha past 20 days now. Calciferol for first week(twice) and then vitamin De Pura for a week now(twice). Vitamin B12 supplement(1500 mcg) for about 11 days now. I also eat eggs 2-3 times a week. But there has not been any significant improvement in the weakness. How long would it take in improvement? Should I take higher doses or what doses would be appropriate? Please suggest.

Hi That's good that's you are  taking the supplements to meet your deficiency. But please do look into your diet also are you taking a healthy diet whole day also or not. Taking supplements and not taking care of your diet, sleep water intake and stress level also create problem and weakness in your body so try to look into these things also. If you want assistance for the same you can call or WhatsApp at the number mentioned on my Practo profile. I work online globally and provide consultation online or telephonically also.
