Although the description that you have given is slightly vague to arrive at a rational diagnosis of your problem but the one thing that can be said for sure is the fact that you have multiple problems concurrently present in your mouth. You have gum inflammation as well as cavities in your teeth as well as deposits on your teeth. All of these problems will have different treatment modalities for rectification, for example, yellow deposits On The Teeth can be removed by the procedure called as scaling; broken teeth and teeth with cavities can be corrected by either root canal treatment for simple composite fillings, but the distinction between the two can be established only after a proper clinical examination and some X-rays and correlating them with your symptoms. The most honest advice to you would be to avoid delaying your visit to the dentist because medications will not cure these problems and they have a tendency to aggravate further. Regards.
