Weak glutes on one side
My glutes feel weak on one side. I noticed it while walking and running, and it seemed more evident when I was doing the 'high knees' exercise. Could it be due to sitting on one side of my glutes for too long? Can it be corrected by exercise alone?

Slouching is both a potential cause and common indicator of weak glutes you have bad posture or if you're hunching over during the day, it could mean you're in need of some glute strengthening. Single leg stance, Lunge stretch, Hip hike, Single leg deadlift, Three way leg lift, Single leg squat. Above are some exercises for strengthening glutes. Consuly back if any more needed. Thank you.
