Numb/weak arm

Asked for Male, 21 Years

3 days had slight pain in shoulder causing arm to feel numb and weak. Especially in the fingers. Not so much a pain but more a discomfort in the right arm. When I wake up it's fine but gradually gets worse throughout the day

Symptoms are of cervical spondylosis. But still need to confirm with x-ray. Take cervical AP & LAT view x-ray and let me know.. cervical rib , thoracic outlet syndrome and some other condition also causes same symptoms.
