Please check for the signs of dehydration, they are dry tongue dry eyes decreased urine output and if these symptoms are not there  you doesn't have to worry .it is better to get the stool test done once. please keep giving lot of electral solution, coconut water. reduce milk intake .thank you

Please give him oral rehydration solution frequently so that he doesn’t get dehydrated .is there any vomiting , fever , blood in stool ? Further management will depend upon many other things. But I must advise you to stop bottle feeding & formula at once. Your baby is big enough to eat home food with katora & spoon

Stop formula milk, give lots of water and coconut water, avoid adding sugar and jaggery to the food. Viral diarrhoea is selflimiting. Take about 2- 3 days to settle.

No need to worry if baby is passing urine 6-7 times in a day and there's no blood in stools. Give extra fluids like coconut water, salted lime water or ors. Restrict milk for couple of days. Add curd, banana, rice to diet
Next Steps
if problem persists or worsens, online or physical consultation with paediatrician

What’s the colour and odour of the stool? Is the baby febrile? Hygiene of the feeding bottle or the spoon and tumbler could be an issue. If all ok then mild lactose intolerance may be the reason. R/E stool for parasites and reducible sugar can be asked
