Water requirements
As i am taking whey protein everyday of 1 scoop and i am doing workout since last 4 years , and i started taking whey protein since last December 2021 , i wanted to know how much of water is required during the day .

You are asking normal intake of an average person during summer. Or you feel that the requirements of water should change if you take whey Protein. There is no change in water requirements if you take whey protein.
