Want to loose weight
I love to eat sweets and home cokked food but in more quantity... so in a day i eat 3 meals... 10 of roti or paratha and 4 bread slices and milk and some sweets or choclate and some junk food... fruits and rice 4 times a week atleast at night... i have fat basically on side waists.. i want to loose it....
