3.6 years boy Eating sweets so much
Hi doctor, My son is 3.6 years old. Previously he was not this much interested for sweets. Since a month i am observing he is craving and eating jaggery, chocolates, pediasure powder, horlics powder raw, without putting them in milk. Reduced eating rice, chapati etc... food. I need to understand why his interest on food is changed suddenly. Thanks Durga

Hello, There can be a lot of reasons for sugar craving. Replace chocolates with dates or an healthy recipe like- dates + ragi + flaxseeds + garden cress seeds + ghee ladoo.
