Due to too much high weight only walk is not helpful for reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hello user 82 kgs is a big number on scale you need to really change your lifestyle pattern and completely ban your outside food .... As per your walking this walking is a part of your daily schedule going to college coming back and so on . .  But to shed kgs you need to add in extra efforts and time .  A balanced diet * Include fruits * Fresh vegetables * Home cooked meals . * Adequate water * Proper excercise schedule Some detox water drinks can be helpful Try eating your last meal early Avoid bakery foods Early in the morning drink 2 glasses warm water fresh up and make this drink .. Weight loss 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6. Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30% exercise are good for weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk(300)ml daily Curd or paneer made up from the single toned milk Use oilive oil, rice bran oil, saffola , mustard oil etc in cooking Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand, etc Avoid pickles and papad Avoid fried , processed, packaged, canned, tinned food products

Hi You just putting entire burden on the activity not following the diet, I can just make it out from your question. I would recommend you to follow diet plan also along with the activity. It's also 70% diet and 30% activity for weight loss. Always remember its body in which you have to live in so always lose weight in a healthy manner or a healthy diet, so meet any expert or  me for personalized plan. For a while you can follow following  tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow up personalized plan 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet.
