For weight loss, avoid junk, oily, processed food as well as sweets completely. Have less rice, potatoes. Drink plenty of water. Have 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time. You can exercise in the morning or evening.

hello. I would advise you to avoid exercising, right after your meal. have at least a gap of an hour between your meal and exercise. Try for endurance exercises than strength, and endurance will help utilized more fat as compared to power sports and exercises. example, cycling minimum for about an hour, or brisk walking, swimming etc. This will help you reduce your body fat and have healthy weight loss.
