you should take balanced and healthy diet with full of nutrition..eat small but frequent..Include more liquid,more fibre,more live nutrients in your diet.. reduce your carb and fat intake...Include more coloured fruits n vegetables in your diet..try to walk few steps after every meal..
Well done on loosing 20 kgs!! But now Being on only one type of meal for such a long time will not help you but will lead to nutritional deficiencies. You need to take a balanced meal of all food groups. You can try intermittent fasting also. But I recommend you first take help from a professional Dietitian who will asses you about your meal types, the type of exercise you are doing, your lifestyle and will guide you accordingly.
