For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism.dont skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite.take high calorie and rich protien in ur diet.add good fats and nuts in ur diet.add planty of water . avoid oily and fried food.

You need yo improve your metabolism.yo need to do regular active exercise. You should follow yur regular meal timings.You should have variety in your food.your digestion plays a very important role in your well-being.you need diet rich in carbohydrates proteins and healthy fats.

To gain weight you have to fight with your metabolism.Include a diet high in protein and healthy fats. Exercise is needed with good sleep.
