Hi - good to see your questions. I advice u low rice but whole grains based meals. u can v small but frequently meals by 7 - 8 times per day. use cooking oil only 3 tsf, less spices, do some belly ,visceral fats free hand exercises & by some poses. u must v right calorie calculation ,timely meals, liw fat,low trans & saturated fat.No junk,fast foods, avoid biriany, fried foods,rice etc. As I m in Kolkata u can write me personally chat to help u specifically.Even u can make your own diet by technical.
