Vomiting and diarrhea
Vomiting, diarrhoea 3-4 times from past 2 days along with nausea, stomach pain, body aches. No fever but feeling weak. Not able to eat food properly, diarrhoea occurs.

Tab. Pantaprozole 40mg early morning empty stomach (atleast 30-40 min before consuming anything) for 1 week
