Vitamin D3 supplements
I live in Bangalore. there is not much sunlight here so i started taking vit d3 60k IU in a week, since then my muscle pain has reduced. can i continue the supplements?

It 'l be good to know  deficiency or insufficiency status of a particular nutrient before starting to supplement it It 'l help the Doctor decide you the frequency & dosage of the same Hence kindly do the needful

Hi, you should actually get your vit d test done first so that you can know how much do you actually need, apart from that you should not consume more than 4 capsules (one capsule per week) without the prescription from a doctor.
