Hi
You can take Vitamin D tablet - one after breakfast for three months .
You also need to add eggs , dairy nuts like fig , dates , walnut in your diet.
Soak up some sun in the morning - walk for an hour in the sun.
Healthy evening sir,
Vitamin D deficiency is usually treated with supplements, but need to doctors advice to get right dosage. Increasing sun exposure and eating more vit D rich foods such as fatty fish and fortified dairy products can help

Gud morning pls consult a good physician on it. According to my suggestions try to add on vit d rich foods like milk n milk products, soybeans, mushrooms, egg with yolk etc. Try to expose hardly 15mins to direct sun rays for getting vit d in a natural way.
