Hi doctors, In blood test i got to know i have vitamin D3 Insufficiency 24.5ng/ml. Can i take 1 vitamin d tablet for every month? Or suggest me one please

Hi You can take Vitamin D tablet - one after breakfast for three months . You also need to add eggs , dairy nuts like fig , dates , walnut in your diet. Soak up some sun in the morning - walk for an hour in the sun.

Gud morning pls consult a good physician on it. According to my suggestions try to add on vit d rich foods like milk  n milk products, soybeans, mushrooms, egg with yolk etc. Try to expose hardly 15mins to direct sun rays for getting vit d in a natural way.

Hi, For Vit D supplement, kindly approach to some good Physician. As far as dietary changes are concerned, add milk, milk products, mushrooms, lean meat etc. Take sunlight atleast for half an hour without applying any sunblock lotion.
