My vitamin d level is too low. It is only 6.9 micrograms where the desirable range is above 30. I am taking vitamin tablet every week. I learnt that sunlight is required for synthesis of this vitamin in the skin. I want to know what are the foods which provide this vitamin. Please help me out.

1) fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon.
2) Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals.
3) Beef liver.
4) Cheese
5) Egg Yolks.
6) Mushrooms
