Since vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin the first step should be to get 15-20 mins of sun exposure between 8am to 4pm on most days of the week on uncovered hands & legs & if possible on back & abdomen. The next thing is to improve your gut health & lifestyle so that you are able to absorb & retain the nutrients & not face the deficiency again & again. For now to improve your Vit D status you can take a vitamin D supplement.
Next Steps
Connect with an expert to get personalized advice on the correct dose & frequency of the supplement.
