A very much req exposure to early morning sunshine preferably between 6 to 8 am ( 15 to 20 min exposure)after 8 am exposure with sunscreen protection required.

For vitamin D deficiency- take sunbath daily before 10 am 10-20 minutes daily
Add in diet semi - cooked eggs with yolk , mushrooms, oily fish such as salmon , sardines, mackerel.
Fat spreads and breakfast cereals ( cornflakes and muesli ) , cheese add in diet .
Supplements like cholecalciferol and up rise and add weekly once
Avoid: caffeine intake
