Vitamin D deficiency
I consulted a doctor from Practo for my vitamin D deficiency. I've been prescribed Arachitol Vitamin D3 oral solution which has to be taken once a week( 5ml) at night after food. I want to ask how do I take it? With water or just the syrup?
