Vitamin D and testesterone down
I left eating non-veg around 2020 I got panick attack in April 2021(corona period) told by my doctor he advised to give escitalopram + clonazapem tablet , I started taking it and recovered but when I go for leaving the symptoms again came so some how I manage to shift from 10 mg to 5 mg of dosage .......I continued taking 5mg dose for 1 year , I want to leave the medicine at any cost  because during this period of 3 year I got erectile dysfunction,no morning erection and other sexual problems....... somehow I managed to take ayurvedic medicine medhavati .......I continued this for 1 year after I left that also Now, after leaving antidepressants.........I feel so much fatigue, erectile dysfunction, no morning erection, body pain, joint pain etc......so ,i went through d3 and testesterone checkup D3- 24 ng/dL Testosterone - 3.27 Which was low ..... Sir what should I do so that I can make my life better without medicine as I going to marry in 2 months please help to erase the disease
