Allergies when i eat veg and non veg
Hi myself Arjun im working in para medical field i.e.,optical store,From last 5 years im suffering with some Allerginic problem Complete face swelling when i eat anything outside especially lips will swell and it remains for 1 day, As im a sales representative of frames and lenses,most of the time i use to be in market so I have to eat something on roadside or in any restaurant.

Hello,
Kindly visit a doctor who specialises in allergies.Get your allergy tests done to identify the issues.As allergies could be varied right from food to dust to metals.
If in case it turns out to be food related visit a qualified Nutritionist for the same.
