Vitamin D and B12 Deficiency
My Vitamin D value is 16.5 and B12 value is 180. May I know if I need to take only tablets or even Injection ?? I'm Eggetarian.

Yes you can opt for both, but injection is advisable only when you are not able to absorb the oral medicine/ very low levels/ emergency in case of certain diseases needs rapid replacement of deficiencies
