When you are hungry, you eat with one hand . If you are more hungry then also you eat with one hand. And if you are very very hungry then also you eat with one hand. Now come to your problems, you are deficient in vit D and vit B12 and you already started best medication (injection is best for B12 deficiency) now you want to improve more. You need to wait for some time even if you double the dose, it will take a similar time in recovery. Do not say 'ye dil maange more'. In acute condition diet has a very limited role. Just continue the medication and eat home based nutrient dense high protein food. You will recover soon. Take care... Dr. Pankaj Kumar Founder, Diet Plus Minus (Your Diet Your Doctor)
