Vitamin d 50 after taking supplements
My vit d was 17 so i have completed vit d supplemnt course for 8 weeks and now it is 50. I am afraid it might again come down as i am not much exposed to sunlight. It had earlier came down from 60 to 17. Only vit d supplement that suits me is Caldikind 60K Sachet so i can take this only. Please suggest if i need to take any maintenance dose so that it is maintained and if yes how much and till how long of the same sachet?
