Vitamin D 25 hydroxy test
Sir in my routine checkup ,test name vitamin D 25 hydroxy my vitamin D parameter came 11.92 . I have no any symptoms so pls tell me that any medication is  required for vitamin D or not.

You have deficiency of vitamin D . Though you are not symptomatic , you need vitamin d treatment . Take calcirol or D-Rise 60000 iu weekly once for 12 -15 weeks Exposure to sunlight for 20-30 minutes in the morning,milk and other dairy products eggs Orange are rich sources of vitamin d
