Vitamin B12 is minimun
Hi last month I got a blood test of vitaminB12 and my vitaminB12 is lower than the minimum range . Please suggest how to increase it.

Hi, try including animal sources as egg,poultry, fish, meat,etc. Flaxseed are also good option. Include more if fruits and vegetables. Supplement yourself with any multivitamin tablet of known brand..or consult your physician for same.

Hello..... Animal products are rich in vitamin b 12..meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. You can also get this important nutrient in soya bean. Vitamin b 12 deficiency is most commonly seen in pure vegetarian... Nothing to worry, you can take vitamin tablets or syrup ..
