Hello..... Animal products are rich in vitamin b 12..meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. You can also get this important nutrient in soya bean. Vitamin b 12 deficiency is most commonly seen in pure vegetarian... Nothing to worry, you can take vitamin tablets or syrup ..

Hi, try including animal sources as egg, poultry, fish, meat, etc. Flaxseed are also good option. Include more if fruits and vegetables. Supplement yourself with any multivitamin tablet of known brand..or consult your physician for same.
