Vitamin B12 injection good to take?
Im my latest blood test vitamin B12 is found out to be 225 pg/ml, am I B12 deficient? One ayurvedic doctor suggested me to take B12 injections if B12 is low, where can i get it injected?

You can get it through diet , supplements and injection. But imp is to take care of deficiency. Chat directly

Vit B12 injection are helpful as also tablets.Do a course of 5-6 injections and then continue taking 1 tablet of vit B12 once a day for atleast 6 months. You can get a prescription from a general practitioner and get yourself injected at a nearby hospital.

Take milk and milk products on a regular basis .If you eat non-vegetarian food add eggs,fish to Ur diet.
