Vitamin B12 deficiency
Hi, My vitamin B12 levels are <50, which means deficiency. How much MCG of Vitamin B12 dose I should take every day? Is <50 too bad, should I go for injection?

Gud morning try to add on vit b12 rich foods mostly found in animal food items like goat liver.if vegitarian the most richest source is green vegs leafy vegs.
