Sir/Madam        As per your report it is within normal range . However there are various  causes which may develop symptoms like your. It require a complete clinical history and examination along with some more investigation like Complete Blood count , Vitamin D estimation etc .

Hello good morning, Yes it's a little bit low but in between the range so for a safety side you should enrich your diet with Vitamin B rich food items, also assure your water intake is accurate to absorb it properly.

Well borderline B12 must be 300+ for normal functioning or else you will ought to feel light headedness, moodiness & fatigue. Kindly ensure you fortify your diet with vit B12 enriched foods like whole grains & pulses with the peels, fortified milk & grains

Healthy evening, It’s an average If low vitamin B12 causes down energy, fatigue and also loss of hair Add in diet : Lean meat, organ meats, egg , fish, chicken, pulses and legumes, sprouts, nuts and seeds and fermented products like curd , buttermilk, idli, dosa . Avoid: Alcohol and caffeine intake high in quantity.
