Vitamin B12 deficiency
My vit B12 serum report shows reading as 140 pg/mL. Can I take mythylcobalamine 1500mcg tablet once daily to overcome this? If yes, then how long should I take it? Thanks in advance.

Vit B12 sources are mainly animal sources ie meat,chicken, fish, egg.
