Hi Hope you are doing fine I don't see any problem in starting your supplements again. But still you can confirm with your doctor once. Vitamin B12 is gut vitamin and it's important to keep your diet and gut health good to maintain this otherwise it will again decrease. Need more information about your lifestyle and eating pattern to help you better.

Hi! Yes, you can start taking it again, take it for 1 month and then recheck your levels. It is recommended to increase your water intake so that you don’t face any constipation issues, with regards to your recent surgery. Take atleast 2-3 litres of water, fresh fruits and raw vegetables to add good fibre in your diet, and drink warm water after meals to ease digestion. A detailed assessment is necessary to give you further advice.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated, eat more fibre. Consult online on practo.com for further advice
Health Tips
Avoid heavy exercises , lifting heavy items, skipping meals, smoking/alcohol consumption. Do not take any medication/supplement without expert advice or a prescription.
