In my recent blood test i discovered i have low vitamin b12. Please suggest what should i take for this to get in range?

Take vit b12supplements.also check vit d and hba1c and cbc. Introduce non veg items in your diet If still symptomatic and blood levels low takevit B12 injections Take folic acid also

Take tablet methycobal 2.4mcg daily for 6 werks. Take fortified cereals,    eggs yolk, mushrooms,  fish, milk and milk products,  nutritional yeast, fermented foods.

Vitamin b12 shots for every 15 days once for first 3 months. Later if you are a non vegetarian, you can improve in diet itself. Nevertheless make sure you include Egg, ghee, curd pulses, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds , paneer and tofu in your daily diet
