Introduce non veg items in your diet
If still symptomatic and blood levels low takevit B12 injections
Take folic acid also

Vitamin b12 shots for every 15 days once for first 3 months.
Later if you are a non vegetarian, you can improve in diet itself.
Nevertheless make sure you include Egg, ghee, curd pulses, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds , paneer and tofu in your daily diet
