Hi
You can take supplement for two to three months and then skip it as taking a supplement for a longer period can harm you in some way but I also want to mention you can cover your Vitamins B with the diet itself also.
The vitamin B and all vitamins/ minerals are micronutrients that means they require in very small quantity by the body and can be covered by the diet itself.
So I would tell you to meet any expert or me and get educate how you cover vitamins |minerals with the diet also.
Sometimes if you are busy you are not able to give importance to your diet then you can take supplement but always taking supplement may harm your body.
I think you need to under test like B12, D3, CBC and thyroid. To check if there is any deficiency. If there then only start medication.
Contact me on Practo online consultation for further details.
First find out do blood test if you are Vit B defficiate don't ignore it start with the suppliments you need to refill it every day .If you are pure vegetarian can continue for long time
Next Steps
Feel free to book my vedio consultation appointment from practo will guide you for sure about suppliment which to take ?doses and all?
