Vitamin B complex
I have vitamin B deficiency and have been suggested to take vitamin B supplement daily like Becosules. Pls suggest me what is the best time to have it?

Few Vitamin B rich foods are as follow 1. Salmon, 2. Leafy Greens, 3. Liver and Other Organ Meats, 4. Eggs, 5. Milk, 6. Beef, 8. Legumes, 9. Whole grains 9. Chicken and Turkey 10. Yogurt. 11. Low-fat milk. 12. Fortified plant-based milk. 13. Cheese.
