Hi good to see your queries. U v two very uncommon good. B complex starting from thiamin,riboflavin, niacin ,cholin pantothanic acid ,pirdoxin, cyanocobalmi all in a group. Mainly whole grains, almost in cereals we eat daily but should a min. quantity, some green,while vegetables oat bran,seeds, spinach & almost all animal protein in a certain quantity. Thrse all are mostly water soluble in fibre based foods groups. 2 , as u next question, this type of tea is good by aroma,in herbs categories. Very helpful for Central nervous system to keep brain health, live,also good for glands,liver,.It has a beneficial anti oxidant activities. Example like ALVITA.
