USG scan accuracy
After how many days of pregnancy can a USG detect pregnancy.
My last Menstrual period was on 6/9/23 since then I never got my periods and have done a pregnancy test thrice which was negative and am neither sexually active after this ,
I got an USG done on 6th of November and had no signs of pregnancy, was this the right time to do USG to detect pregnancy?
Or should I simply wait for my periods

A transvaginal sonography will pick up a pregnancy when you are overdue by 5 days. A transabdominal sonography will pick up a pregnancy at 6 weeks.
From your symptoms you don't seem to be pregnant

If there are no signs of pregnancy in usg it means pregnancy is not there
You can take medicine for your periods

Other reasons for the delay needs to be investigated

Mam from above history ur unlikely to be pregnant.
Now regarding ur periods u have two options, one wait for it come naturally or connect for prescription for medicines for ur periods to come.
