USG & Blood Report review - hvy bleeding
My USG and blood reports have come in. Based on these reports, could you please explain what is causing my prolonged heavy bleeding? My ultrasound shows a 13.8 mm endometrium, polycystic appearance of both ovaries, Grade 2 fatty liver, and hepatomegaly. My blood tests show hemoglobin of 10.1 g/dL and serum iron of 20.2 µg/dL. What do you think is the underlying diagnosis? What is the next step to stop the bleeding? Do I need any additional investigations, such as hormonal tests or an endometrial biopsy, or can this be managed with medicines alone? Also, what is the long-term treatment plan to prevent this from happening again? Thank you.

Endometrial thickness is more PCOS  issue. You need hormone medicine to stop bleeding. Consult for prescription please.
